So. Sore.

We watched the Biggest Loser last night, so of course we were pumped and motivated to eat healthy and "get moving" today.

She made me an egg white omelet with tomatoes and onions, and then gently forced me to drink the pear/orange/cucumber juice she made in our juicer. Can't complain, it wasn't that bad, and I only gagged once at the end because the consistency was kind of thick.

Then we walked 4 miles. The first one and half/two miles we were going at a pretty brisk pace, but towards the end I was really hurting.

From walking. Really? Granted, I haven't worked out since the second or third week of my pregnancy, but still...!!

This coming from someone who used to run a few times a week, has done a half marathon, attempted P90x... and I'm hurting from walking?

But I'm feeling it tonight. I can barely walk. I feel it in my hips, in my back and in my feet. It's almost embarrassing. How can I be this sore from WALKING?!

I'm glad we went, and I'll probably go again tomorrow (not as far though) because I know its good for me, and I love spending time with her, talking/hoping/wishing/praying for Dawson.
